Couldn't have chosen a better place as a base for walking, sight seeing etc.
We stayed in Stiperstones View, a self contained studio. The studio had stunning/amazing views from the windows. A private garden terrace with table and chairs with another fabulous view. Our studio was super equipped and spotlessly clean. The WiFi was very fast and the TV large and new. Shower was lovely and hot after a days hiking.
Katie was super welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very safe during these times of social distancing. As with Moira and John who maintained the grounds who were also very kind, chatty and helpful, made it a home from home in the most glorious of places.

Lovely hamper on arrival, fruit, bread, milk and sweets and lovely welcome from Katie
The cottage is a little off the beaten track, but that's what we wanted.
We used the wood burner in an evening as it added to the cosy
atmosphere. The big window has a great view over the fields towards the
hills.
Great base for exploring the area, Shrewsbury, Ludlow, ironbridge and
Stiperstones. A must visit is the village shop in Stiperstones, a true
Aladdin's cave.

The owners went above and beyond in making myself and my two dogs so very welcome
Little touches such as having our names on the welcome board meant alot.
We stayed during Christmas and it was just a perfect break as it was
so comfortable and relaxing and I couldn't have asked for any more. We
will definitely be making a return visit.

Thank you all so much for looking after us so well and making us so welcome in this 'new normal' in which we find ourselves.
We have had a wonderful break. Stiperstones View has been great with everything we could ask for. We also appreciated the 'guided tour' of Cranberry which is obviously to the same high standard and will be wonderful for visitors with pets. Shelve itself is a marvellous base from which to visit a whole host of local attractions - not to mention the many local walks on the doorstep.
